2. Services Offered

Shree Parcels provides domestic and international courier, e-commerce logistics, reverse pickup, and cash-on-delivery services across India and abroad.

3. Pickup & Delivery

We strive for timely pickups and deliveries. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or legal issues. We are not liable for such delays.

4. Prohibited Items

Customers must not ship illegal, dangerous, perishable, or restricted items as per government laws. Shree Parcels reserves the right to refuse such shipments.

5. Liability & Insurance

Shree Parcels is not liable for any loss or damage unless additional insurance is purchased. Maximum liability is limited to ₹500 per shipment without insurance.

6. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is based on volumetric or actual weight (whichever is higher) and shipping zone. GST and fuel surcharge may apply. Payments are due as per the agreed billing cycle.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD amounts are collected on behalf of the client and settled weekly. Shree Parcels is not responsible for fraudulent orders or recipient refusal to pay.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Once a shipment is picked up, cancellation is not allowed. Refunds are only applicable in case of service failure caused by Shree Parcels.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
